Scratch Airways 235B was a repositioning flight from Los Angeles Airport to Harry Reid Airport. While landing at Harry Reid, the Airbus A320-200 Overran Runway 26L and hit a ditch and highway structures. There were 6 crew members on board, 4 of which survived. The Cause was due to the braking system failing and pilot error.
