I basically just made this as an animation test, but I also used it to try and make a slightly better engine. Different notes, simple foreground, tutorial stuff, etc. This already has the Chart Converter chart handler, so I don't think you need to change that. I am NOT stealing this from @23Q3beans. He is my school account.
