RULES: 1. Don't put inappropriate/bad stuff that does and doesn't relate to the form. 2. Follow the given things to do. 3. Be sure to put your Scratch username at the 'Signed by' text. 4. Don't put random images. 5. The channel logo has to be a vector. 6. Don't match the same channel number with another channel that has the same channel number. Otherwise, it will cause confusion. Break these rules and your channel will not be in the channel list.
