The tower is "Tower of Heavy Killbrick Usage Hour" (ToHKUH) the theme is the tower is infested with killbricks. The screenshot is the Om Nom Therapy in Floor 1. This is also the tower in early development, with the tower on the 3th day of it's development. Floor 1 is still not done.
