And these kittens themselves are products of the night. One short, dark, and agile, and one tall, light, and strong. Born on a moonless night to Songharmony and Nightharvest of BeachClan, Paradoxkit and Riddlekit are the next generation, the new hope. They will grow up to be the next singers and storytellers, the leaders of the future. ╔══════════════════╗ Meet the parents/caretakers ╚══════════════════╝ ❝ grasp it ❞ ꧁ ɴɪɢʜᴛʜᴀʀᴠᴇsᴛ ꧂ ❝ the time from sunset to sunrise ; the process or period of gathering crops ❞ He/him A dark grey tom, Nightharvest has darker blue-grey patches on his back and left ear. there are various white speckles near the patches, and he has a white tail-tip, as well as some odd swirl-like markings and white stripes on his forehead and legs. His eyes are a deep blue, and he has a great star-like marking near his rump. He is 9.7 inches tall. Nightharvest will raise the kits with sharp and curious minds, always happy to teach them about the world and to enrich their minds and he wants them to be able to explore the world, though he will be protective over them and keep a close eye on them when they are kits. He will be light with praise as he received little as a kit, and he will teach them to have high expectations of themselves and others. He will always encourage them to face their challenges instead of backing down but he will do his best to allow them to quit as long as they have tried and not shame them for quitting. ❝ papa, nightharvest ❞ ꧁ sᴏɴɢʜᴀʀᴍᴏɴʏ ꧂ ❝ a short poem or other set of words set to music or meant to be sung ; forming a pleasing and consistent whole ❞ They/she/he A pretty blueish cat with bright, eager, green eyes and classic tabby stripes, Songharmony has a white underbelly and tail-tip, and is actually pretty small for her age, reaching only a height of 9 inches (22.9 cm) from floor to shoulder when fully grown. They abnormally sharp claws. Songharmony is kind with her kits, yes—but they will also be strict and firm with them. Song will expect both Riddle and Paradox to remain in line, always, without exception. He believes that one must allow kits their own freedom, but he also doesn’t want her kits to be left alone, abandoned, as she felt she was. Cw two is phantom. ╔══════════════════╗ Meet the kits ╚══════════════════╝ ❝ sense it ❞ ꧁ ᴘᴀʀᴀᴅᴏxᴋɪᴛ ꧂ ⓐⓜⓐⓑ ❝ youth is wasted on the young ❞ name reason and who named them A dark blue cat with complex classic tabby stripes like Songharmony’s, Paradoxkit is small for his age, only reaching a height of about 9.2 inches (23.4 cm) from floor to shoulder when fully grown. He has chest fur of a lighter, less saturated blue, with a white star-like marking upon it. The fur around his muzzle is of a similar colour of white, and his bright green eyes match Songharmony’s. He isn’t very heavy either, only weighing about 8.3 lbs once fully grown, but from his nose to his tail, he is almost 15 inches long! This gives him a slightly unbalanced look, but also means that he is particularly skilled at jumping and climbing, but not so much at swimming or wading through deep mud/water. He is polydactyl, and research is required for that. (but I'm sorry we didn't actually draw that) ❝ Adi, Parrot, Oxi ❞ ꧁ ʀɪᴅᴅʟᴇᴋɪᴛ ꧂ ⓐⓜⓐⓑ ❝ i’m tall when i’m young and short when i’m old ❞ name reason and who named them With a base colour of silver-blue, Riddlekit is much taller than his brother, reaching a height of 11.5 inches (29.2 cm) when fully grown. He is covered in spurs of a darker blue, a well as white patches, which stand out against his base coat, and has three oval-shaped markings about his left eye, as well as one resembling a star near his rump. His right eye is a deep blue colour, while the other is green, like Paradoxkit’s, and his ears are slightly more rounded than his littermate’s. He is also heavier than his brother, weighing 11.6 lbs when fully grown. From nose to tail, he is a full 15 inches long, and he has a pretty bulky build. This gives him increased skill is strength-relying skills such as swimming and fighting, but less agility for running and climbing.
