The Kiji Republic sees a rise in foreign military actions and does not want to see the Avalonian Empire rise greater than its own. As a result they have declared war on Avalonia in response to their war declaration on the Fascisto of Atlantis. There is a massive call to arms and the Kiji Republic may rejoin the Sliver Union depending on the circumstances.
