This is basically a sort of lock-out system. What it does is that it makes sure that you click on the Scratch cat before you exit. If you do, then you will be able to re-enter the project. However, if you don't, then a black screen will appear and you will never be able to get back into the project again! Sorry if this is not good, it is my first project in scratch 2.0 that I have published, and the first project of 2013 I think. Anyways, feel free to use this whenever you want, for whatever games you might need this for, etc. Now that I think of it, you could use this to make sure each voter votes once on a survey...
