╭━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━╮ One beautiful dawn, two lovers went out in the fields. Little did they know, they would be returning with... a family. Welcome to Passerine's first litter, Bird Skulls! These kittens are the first ever adopted into their family, and will be cherished as they grow up. ━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ The Rules 1. By applying, you agree to follow all the rules here and, by extension, all of TFCRP's rules. 2. If you are homophobic, ableist, racist, xenophobic or discriminatory in any way, shape or form, do not apply. Boogarden and Vulturelurk are both LGBTQ in some way, so if you don't like it, don't apply. 3. If the character you are applying for has any form of difference/disability, then you must be prepared to research it and, if possible, provide links to your research. 4. Please do not apply if you have been banned from TFCRP in the last six months, or are currently banned. If you have been banned in the past, but are currently a member, that is fine, as long as you don't do anything problematic again. 5. By applying, you agree to keep the kitten, if you win, for at least 30 moons. If there is a real-life circumstance that means they must die before they have reached 30 moons, please let one of us know as soon as possible. 6. Please do not apply unless you are going to be active with the kit. 7. For fun applications are allowed! We love knowing that you wanted to apply, even if you love your current character too much. We know that feeling, trust us. 8. Please apply in a project. It's much easier to keep track of. 8.1. Make your application /yours/; not just ours. ━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ ━━━━━━━━━━━ ✦ The Kits –– Kingfisherkit • AMAB • 6.7" – "King, Fishy, Little bird" Here stands perhaps the most recognisable of the litter, at 6.7 inches; just barely outgrowing his adopted mother. He has a lighter stormy grey base coat, his ears and back a darker shade. His muzzle, chest, underbelly and tail are all a golden-yellow shade, reminiscent of the sun after a storm. Speaking of his tail... it may remind you of a certain medicine cat's, the tip being shaped like a fish's. Further adding to this illusion is the tuft of fur on his back, similar to a shark's fin. Kingfisherkit has two cream spots on his ears, which continue under his eyes, and on all of his legs. A band of darker grey crosses his front two paws, while his back right paw is almost completely taken over by this colour. His front pawtips are a lighter blue-grey. The two points of his tail end in a cream spot, and there's a similar spot underneath his mouth, where a pink tongue can be spotted poking out. Staring out at you from his face are two eyes, with partial heterochromia; the top half is a brilliant gold, while the bottom is a slightly darker chestnut. Research Required? • No. –– Amethystkit • AFAB • 13.9" – "Ame, Jewel, Etty" Despite being condemned to the murky woods, Amethystkit still maintains a certain brilliance about her and will stand at about 13.9" inches when fully grown. Being an albino, she has a mainly white pelt, with tufted fur, a mane extending from her forehead and trailing down her spine to the base of her tail. Her long tail ends in a tuft of fur. This kitten has large tufts of fur on the backs of her paws, and tall ears, with tufts on the top, much like her adoptive parent. Amethystkit's pupils are a deep crimson, whilst the surrounding eye is a pale blue. – Due to her status as an albino, she has limited vision; everything is murky, and slightly dark around the edges. However, she can still make out basic shapes. Research Required? • Yes, for her limited vision and albinism. Note • Amethystkit is condemned to the Dark Forest. Please keep this in mind. –– Scamperkit • AMAB • 9.4" – "Scamp, Rapscallion, Little Climber" Finally, the last kit of the litter. Taller than his brother, but shorter than his sister, Scamperkit will stand at 9.4 inches when fully grown. He has extremely fluffy fur, spikier then Kingfisherkit's soft curls. With a pale tan base coat, slightly lighter around his back legs, he can easily blend into ThunderClan's sun-dappled forests. A paler undercoat covers his front legs, chest, tailtip and underbelly, as well as his back right paw. His left back paw is a deep ginger; the same colour that covers his neck fur, ears, tail and patches on his back and hind legs. His face is mostly a pale tan, with a stripe leading from his forehead down to his nose the deep ginger. Scamperkit's right ear seems to be permanently folded down. He has a warm amber gaze, and a paler chin, highlighting the overgrown fangs poking out of his bottom lip. A darker heart shape can be found on his neck. Research Required? • Yes, for his overgrown teeth. He may speak with a lisp due to this.

She grew up in ThunderClan, and currently resides there as one of the only medicine cats. When she was younger, she was decidedly /not/ her mother's favourite, and is determined to never let any of her kits experience favouritism, or sadness because of it. Boogarden will teach them basic herbal knowledge, and how to garden. She will also tell stories, like the ones Sequoiatower told her as a kit. –– Vulturelurk • Warrior • They/Them • @Eribear164 – "Ma, Pa, Mum, Dad" Vulturelurk tends to be a rather apathetic, quiet figure for the most part, seeming to only find solace in their time spent with Boogarden. Even so, this kindness extends fully to every single one of these kits, and they'll try to spend as much time as possible with all of them, knowing how it feels to suddenly lose a parent with no closure beforehand. Being blind, Vulturelurk will teach these kits to focus on honing their senses and not just to rely on sight.
