only made this because i was bored and i wanted to do something where i rate your oc since 29's rating stand is no longer in use of 29. some basic rules i guess: 1. dont brag about your rating, 2. use your oc and YOURS only 3. if your rating is bad, deal with it im not making it higher 4. only i may remix to rate your oc 5. do not ruin anyone elses remix or steal someone elses oc 6. you may remix only to the max of 5 times 7. if you keep begging for me to raise your rating it will go down 8. if your someone i dont like, your rating will be low 9. if you remix more than 5 times, the remixes u did will be ignored (not the first 5.) 10. no changing the rating yourself
