The third vector of the March-April wave! Also the smallest vector character I've ever made so he can scale with other characters. I don't really follow the Pokemon franchise as much as I used to anymore. I have the entire Pokedex memorized from Gens 1-7 but that's about it. I bought Sword and Sheild but I never finished it. I still love the franchise though and it has a special place in my heart. I doubt I'll make more Pokemon vectors anytime soon but maybe I'll make one or two more in the future. Looking for Ash?
